Job Summary
Lead Technical Program Manager for the Engineering Tools & Productivity (ET&P) team, driving delivery of complex technology programs, defining program scope with cross-functional stakeholders, and improving engineering productivity through CI/CD, automation, and data-driven decision-making. Responsible for comprehensive project planning, risk management, resource and budget oversight, and collaboration with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals. Will champion agile methodologies, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and leverage metrics to drive performance improvements while influencing leadership and managing vendor relations to enable shared pools of applications and services.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
- Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
- Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
- Proven ability to use data analytics and metrics to inform decision-making, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement across engineering teams.
