Job Summary

Develop and implement technical program plans, overseeing complex project execution while managing resources, budgets, and timelines. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define decision-making procedures and drive beneficial outcomes. Guide technology selection and implementation, championing continuous improvement through process optimization and emerging technology adoption. Establish data-driven portfolio management using roadmaps, capacity planning, and OKRs to monitor value delivery. Craft executive-ready narratives and present actionable information to leadership. Lead through change in high-pressure environments, ensuring governance and accountability across organizational priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in large organizations
  • Demonstrated proficiency in technical solutions, vendor product knowledge, managing vendor relations, and implementing solutions
  • Demonstrated experience leading client-driven programs, translating client requirements into actionable delivery plans, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving execution across cross-functional technology, infrastructure, and business teams
  • Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectives
  • Proven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environments
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectives
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complexity into executive-ready narratives, visuals, and dashboards
  • Demonstrated track record of designing and operationalizing portfolio governance, with experience in portfolio reporting, capacity and sequencing, and outcome-based planning

Desired Qualifications

  • Certifications such as SAFe, PMP, or PgMP
  • Experience leading multi-LOB transformations at scale within technology or financial services
  • Proficiency with portfolio tooling and analytics (e.g., Jira Align, OKR platforms, BI dashboards) to enable data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI and emerging technologies to drive operational efficiency, improve program execution, accelerate insights, and enhance client and stakeholder outcomes
