Job Summary
Lead end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake management, dependency management, release planning, and change readiness. Manage timelines, monitor blockers, and ensure adequate resourcing while partnering with product, technology, and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliverables. Develop and maintain delivery plans, track execution health, and drive continuous improvement across processes, tooling, and operational efficiency. Provide status reporting to senior leadership and ensure adherence to risk, controls, and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications
- Applied experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Strong understanding of responsible AI principles and AI-enabled delivery practices
- Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical, business, and executive audiences
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle, product management practices, and data analytics
- Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data and security models, application frameworks, integrations, and authentication patterns
- Experience delivering enterprise platforms, workflow automation solutions, or digital transformation initiatives
- Proven experience leading large-scale platform modernization, workflow transformation, or strategic enterprise initiatives across multiple lines of business
