Job Summary

Lead a portfolio of complex infrastructure programs by developing comprehensive multi-program plans that incorporate technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines. Establish portfolio governance including prioritisation, sequencing, and milestone management while analysing objectives to drive clear execution paths. Own proactive risk and issue management by identifying cross-program risks, resolving roadblocks, and implementing mitigation strategies. Drive cross-functional alignment by partnering with product groups, architects, and engineers to define scope and deliverables. Monitor execution, adjust schedules and resourcing as needed, and provide regular status updates and executive summaries to stakeholders. Optimise delivery discipline by standardising operating cadence and mentoring other project managers. Utilise enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Applied experience in technical program/project management, leading complex technology projects and programmes in a large organisation
  • Proactive, self-accountable, works well with teams and independently, adaptable and quick to adjust to change, with a strong risk and controls mindset
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to create and deliver executive summaries and presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Strong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant infrastructure platforms and technologies (compute, network, storage, and/or runtime products)
  • Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment, including balancing trade-offs across concurrent initiatives
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down objectives into manageable tasks and activities
  • Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity
  • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations

Desired Qualifications

  • Formal training/certification in program and project management
  • Cloud platform knowledge, which helps in making informed decisions about cloud services and architecture
  • Good working knowledge in data analytics/data visualisation and/or intelligent automation is an added advantage
