Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team IAM initiatives with defined scope, milestones, budgets, and measurable outcomes. Partner with Product and Delivery to translate requirements into roadmaps and prioritize to deliver high-impact results. Identify and mitigate delivery risks; establish program governance (RAID, dependencies, steering forums, escalation paths, decision logs) and ensure regulatory and policy adherence through privacy-by-design and least-privilege principles. Apply technical depth to de-risk delivery; manage resources and vendor performance; build stakeholder relationships and provide transparent dashboards on progress and value realization. Lead organizational change management—readiness, training, adoption—and drive continuous improvement through process, tooling, and automation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management with cross-functional influence
- Advanced experience in vendor management and managing vendor relations
- Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in breaking down objectives into tasks and activities
- Program delivery experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Executive communication skills to translate program risk into business terms
