Job Summary
Lead Technical Program Manager responsible for driving a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs and AI-enabled tooling to eliminate organizational toil. Design, develop, and deploy AI-tools and agents using LLMs to automate program execution toil. Apply foundational engineering practices (API design, CI/CD, version control) and collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to plan requirements, manage schedules, and communicate clearly. This role is based on-site in Singapore with a focus on strategic leadership and AI-augmented execution within Grab’s TPM domain. The role emphasizes building scalable internal tooling, automation, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-growing environment, reporting to the Head of Technical Programme Management.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years experiences in a role focused on strategic initiatives and cross-functional technical program management
- Foundational understanding of software engineering and development practices (e.g., system architecture, clean code principles, deployment)
- Experience with AI/automation tooling and the ability to apply these skills to eliminate repetitive toil
- Prior experiences on building automation on n8n and Cursor is an added value
- Excel in high-growth environments, applying autonomy to pivot strategies
