Job Summary
Lead Technical Program Manager role focused on strategic program leadership across SEA initiatives, driving AI-enabled workflow replacements, building and deploying AI-tools and agents, and enforcing sound engineering practices. Responsibilities include cross-functional program management, stakeholder engagement, designing scalable architectures, implementing CI/CD and deployment workflows, and delivering high-value automation to reduce toil, with a strong emphasis on AI/automation, LLMs, and tooling integration. Based onsite in Petaling Jaya, the role requires a builder’s mindset, collaboration with leadership, and the ability to guide complex initiatives from start to finish.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technical program management or related roles
- Experience driving strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional technical programs
- Strong communication and partnership skills with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Solid foundational understanding of software engineering concepts and development practices
- Hands-on experience with AI/automation tools and applying them to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
