Lead Technical Program Manager (Factory Automation)

Job Summary
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders across Logistics, Manufacturing, Factory Automation, and Inventory Management to serve as the trusted advisor and primary technology partner. Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions supporting logistics operations, warehouse processes, manufacturing automation, and material flow optimization. Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, integration, and vendor management activities while managing scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies. Drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups and influence decision-making in a matrixed organization by communicating business value, program status, and strategic recommendations. Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning multiple business units, IT organizations, and vendors to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
- 9+ years of experience in enterprise IT, logistics technology, or manufacturing automation systems
- Proven experience leading complex technology programs
- Experience partnering with senior business leaders and managing executive stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated success leading matrixed teams and influencing without direct authority
- Strong program management, communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
- Experience working with global teams and stakeholders, including APAC regions
- Travel: Yes, 20% of the Time
