Job Summary
Lead Technical Program Manager in Digital Channels & Connectivity within CIB-Payments to drive successful delivery of complex technology programs. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, identify and mitigate risks, collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align program scope with business goals, apply advanced analytical reasoning to drive data-driven optimizations, promote agile practices, and coach teams to improve delivery speed and quality. Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, vendor relations, and problem-solving skills to enable on-demand access to services and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes across matrixed agile teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
- Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
- Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
- 3+ years of experience within a top-tier consulting firm, delivering large scale products or transformation programs
