Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, SRE, and AIOps domains
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management across cross-functional teams and clients
- Advanced experience in vendor relations and managing vendor products to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
- Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in an agile environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down objectives into tasks
