Job Summary
Lead Technical Program Manager in Commercial & Investment Bank - Markets Technology to drive delivery of complex technology projects and programs. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines; identify and mitigate risks; collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables; use advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance and implement data-driven optimizations; champion agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous learning. Requires 5+ years of experience in technical program management, strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, a solid technical background, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in vendor relations and managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment. Preference for AI knowledge in financial services and investment banking context.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
- Seasoned program manager with 5+ years experience and capable of executing large scale programs, managing program governance independently
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable having tough conversations with all parties
- Strong technical background
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint
- Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
- Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
