Job Summary
Lead, Technical Program Manager responsible for coordinating global activities for NPIs in the Materials Solutions division. Oversees a subset of NPI products, prioritizes critical projects, tracks KPIs, identifies and mitigates risks, and drives agile execution through the commercialization process. Improves process efficiency, streamlines workflows, trains teams on standardized project-management practices, and maintains clear customer communications to balance requirements with competitive insight. Demonstrates strong cross-functional influence across R&D, global business, and customer-facing teams; requires deep domain knowledge in chemistry/materials science, semiconductor fabrication (CMP), and program management. Expected to manage complex, high-impact programs with on-time product launches, create transparent KPIs and reporting, and serve as an SME for NPI project management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related degree/discipline
- 7+ years of experience in formulation or managing new product development programs for semiconductor fabrication consumables
- Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes related to chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) and CMP-related chemistry, engineering & manufacturing
- Strong project management skills with risk assessment, conflict management, meeting management, task management, stakeholder management, and project closure
- Expert knowledge of stage-gate NPI processes and cross-functional gate reviews
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills; ability to present to all levels
