Job Summary
Lead Technical Enablement Engineer to design and deliver world-class enablement programmes for the Solutions Consulting organization; build engaging training content for technical roles (e.g., Sales Engineers and Technical Architects); deliver virtual and in-person bootcamps and workshops; optimize onboarding to accelerate field ramp; collaborate across cross-functional teams (SC Leadership, PM, PMM, LED) to align curriculum with business priorities; manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional stakeholders; drive impactful technical learning initiatives in cloud security, networking, and enterprise security.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working within Technical Enablement, Pre-Sales, or Post-Sales environments.
- Strong technical background in cloud security, networking, or enterprise security technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to design, structure, and deliver technical training for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with verified comfort facilitating sessions both virtually and in-person.
- A strong analytical mindset with a track record of identifying skill gaps and building actionable, measurable improvement plans.
