Job Summary
Lead a team responsible for building, operating, and enhancing privileged access services across Lloyds Banking Group using modern PAM platforms and cloud-based security controls. Combine technical leadership with hands-on engineering to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable solutions that protect critical systems and strengthen identity security capabilities. Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Security teams to shape strategy, influence the roadmap, and deliver capabilities that reduce standing privilege and enable secure just-in-time access. Full-time 35-hour role with a hybrid working pattern of at least two days per week at an office site. Salary range £92,701 - £109,060. Location: Leeds, Manchester, Bristol, or Edinburgh.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading, coaching and developing engineering teams
- Strong technical expertise in Privileged Access Management, Identity & Access Management or Identity Security
- Experience delivering security platforms within large and complex organisations
- Experience leading the design, implementation and operation of enterprise PAM solutions
- Knowledge of CyberArk technologies, ideally including the CyberArk Identity Security Platform
- Experience with secrets management, privileged identity governance and privileged session monitoring
- Understanding of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS or GCP
- Experience working with APIs and modern authentication standards including OAuth, OIDC, SAML and SCIM
Desired Qualifications
- Experience implementing Just-in-Time access capabilities
- Experience supporting Zero Standing Privilege initiatives
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code practices and tooling such as Terraform
- Experience driving automation and engineering efficiency improvements
- Knowledge of operational resilience and critical incident management
