Job Summary
Lead Tech Supply Chain role focused on maintaining inventory integrity and orderly stock locations in the Sterile Processing center. Responsibilities include receiving and delivering shipments, building replenishment orders, leading stock inventories and cycle counts, ensuring expiration-date compliance, resolving PO discrepancies, onboarding and mentoring associates, and coordinating transport of medical equipment and supplies. Requires experience in inventory management or supply chain, strong attention to detail, teamwork, and knowledge of OSHA and Joint Commission standards; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred and HS diploma or GED required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED (required)
- 1 year of experience in inventory management or supply chain function or Bachelor’s degree (required)
- College experience (preferred)
- 3 years of experience in medical supply chain operations (preferred)
