Job Summary
Conduct daily repair, inspection, and evaluation of medical devices while ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and technical specifications. Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for technical issues, implementing corrective actions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to prevent recurrence. Lead training and knowledge sharing for team members and contractors based on standard procedures and repair certification guidelines. Drive continuous improvement initiatives including Lean, Kaizen, and 5S to enhance repair quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. Partner with global manufacturers to support new product introductions, repair process construction, and technology transfer projects.
Required Qualifications
- 高等学校卒業以上

- 修理手順書、技術文書、記録類を正確に理解・作成する能力
- 品質システム、コンプライアンス、安全要求事項への理解
- Microsoft Office(Excel、Word、PowerPoint)および業務システムの基本操作
- 普通運転免許
- 医療機器修理、医療機器メンテナンス、精密機器サービス、製造設備保守、フィールドサービス、技術サポート等の経験が望ましい
- Lean、Six Sigma、Kaizen、5S、PDCAなどの改善活動経験
- 新製品導入、技術移管、修理プロセス構築、バリデーション(IQ/OQ/PQ)への参画経験
- 後輩や業務委託社員への技術指導・トレーニング経験
- 医療機器修理業責任技術者資格、または同等の関連資格
- 英語によるメール・会議対応経験、海外製造元との協業経験
- SAP、Power BI、Teams、SharePoint等の利用経験
- 電気・電子・機械分野に関する基礎知識
- 医療機器・医薬品業界など、品質管理や規制要件を遵守して業務を行う環境での経験
