Job Summary
Oversee shift schedules and workload distribution while diagnosing and repairing refrigeration units using OEM software. Supervise technicians to ensure quality standards are met during hands-on repairs for PM services, DOT inspections, brake repairs, and general truck/trailer maintenance. Manage road service calls and APU repairs while communicating with customers and team members across shifts. Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed throughout shop operations. Lead a team of skilled technicians in a premier fleet maintenance environment dedicated to keeping transportation fleets running smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Experience as a technician or supervisor in fleet or refrigeration services
- Must possess a toolbox and required tools
- Strong electrical and diagnostic skills
