Job Summary
Manage shift schedules and workload distribution while overseeing day-to-day shop operations and rolling up your sleeves for hands-on repairs. Supervise technicians to ensure quality standards, diagnose and repair refrigeration units using OEM software, and perform PM services, DOT inspections, brake repairs, and general truck/trailer maintenance. Handle road service calls and APU repairs while communicating with customers and team members across shifts. Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed. Requires ASE certifications for additional pay, valid driver's license, and experience in fleet or refrigeration services.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Experience as a technician or supervisor in fleet or refrigeration services
- Must possess a toolbox and required tools
- Strong electrical and diagnostic skills
