Job Summary
Perform expert-level carpet and floor cleaning alongside water restoration services while maintaining company equipment and vehicles. Accurately complete work orders and logs, communicate professionally with customers, and stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services. Lead by example as a team player within a supportive culture, utilizing mobile devices for daily reports. Requires 1–3 years of experience, a high school diploma, and a clean driving record. Bonus opportunities exist for IICRC certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable with hands-on physical work
- Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership
- Tech-savvy enough to use mobile devices for daily reports
Desired Qualifications
- IICRC certification (CCT, WRT)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
