Job Summary
Oversee patient monitoring activities and provide guidance to Behavioral Health Associate staff during assigned shifts. Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while delivering direct patient care under clinical leadership. Address patient concerns promptly and respectfully, prioritizing safety and recognizing evolving needs with a positive, empathetic approach. Work under the supervision of the Manager-Patient Support to support daily operations, staff development, and treatment success.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR and de escalation and restraint certification
- First aid
Desired Qualifications
- Six months of experience working with a similar patient population
