Job Summary
Lead Team Member at Sheetz responsible for guiding store teammates, delivering hospitality-driven customer service, and ensuring quality food/beverage preparation to exact specifications. Act as a mentor to the team, coach peers, and help maintain product availability, merchandising, and cleanliness across the store while supporting a fast-paced, safe, and friendly customer experience. Role emphasizes leadership by example, teamwork, and contributing to store performance and guest satisfaction; includes night-shift responsibilities (10pm-6am) with incentive opportunities and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
