Job Summary
Lead Team Member at Sheetz with night-shift differential: role includes welcoming customers, preparing food/beverages to order, mentoring junior staff, ensuring product availability and store cleanliness, and delivering high-energy hospitality. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks
- Ability to multi-task, stand and perform bending/reaching, and lift up to 20 pounds; assist others with up to 40 pounds
- Customer service experience or ability to engage customers with hospitality
- Willingness to work a 10pm-6am night shift
- Ability to mentor and coach teammates
- Ability to maintain store cleanliness and merchandise rotation
- Ability to manage tasks and delegate effectively
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- 19+ years or older for certain roles per state law
