Job Summary
Lead Team Member at Sheetz responsible for greeting customers, serving high-quality food and beverages to exact specifications, mentoring and coaching teammates, ensuring products are available and properly merchandised, and maintaining store cleanliness. The role emphasizes customer hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Night shift is eligible for an additional $1.50 per hour for working 10pm-6am, and the position offers bonuses, PTO and parental leave, 401k match, stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, medical/vision/dental coverage, and employee discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks)
- Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds
- Ability to assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds
