Job Summary
Lead Team Member at Sheetz responsible for greeting customers and delivering top-tier service; serve up quality food and beverages to exact specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner; mentor and coach team members; ensure products are stocked, merchandised, rotated, and readily available; maintain store and kitchen cleanliness; $1.50/hr shift differential for 10pm-6am; solid benefits including bonuses, PTO, 401k match, stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive medical coverage; opportunities for growth and development within the store team.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
