Greet customers with top-tier service and serve quality food and beverages made to exact specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner. Mentor and coach your work team to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining high-energy hustle and a strong team mentality. Keep an eye on in-stock items to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available. Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, kitchen, and dining areas. This role includes an additional $1.50/hr for working 10pm-6am shifts and requires the ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds or assist with lifting 40 pounds. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, though VA state law requires supervisors to be 21 for certain tasks.
