Job Summary
Maintain quality and presentation of produce on the sales floor and display units while stocking shelves and ensuring sanitary compliance. Manage purchasing by evaluating suppliers, coordinating returns, processing deliveries, and establishing prices based on margin goals. Oversee department operations by keeping coolers and aisles clean, disposing of unsellable items, and maintaining equipment. Support staff through orientation, job training, and re-training as needed. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
