Lead Team member- Hardlines Sales floor

Lead Team Member for Hardlines who leads by example, guiding team members and influencing day-to-day decisions on the sales floor. Provides exceptional customer service, mentors and coaches teammates, assists with scheduling and training, supports inventory and merchandising, and ensures execution of pricing, signage, and displays. Maintains a clean, organized department, partners with leadership to keep operations running smoothly, and upholds Meijer culture and safety standards. Requires open availability all days of the week and will participate in various in-store duties including operating a register and handling cash when needed. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer experience, and store profitability, with opportunities for development and advancement.
