Lead Team Member Distribution-2nd Shift at Papa John's in Acworth, GA, overseeing the warehouse and distribution operation within the Quality Control Center. Responsibilities include managing daily distribution, inventory counts, vendor coordination, and records (purchase orders, packing slips, invoices), driving productivity through training and KPI metrics, partnering with transportation for efficient delivery, and leading cross-functional teams. Ensures adherence to Lean/Six Sigma/TQM methodologies, develops and manages the department budget, and leads labor planning and scheduling. Must operate forklift/pallet jacks, apply GMP/HACCP/USDA-aligned practices, and utilize AS400/WMS and Microsoft Office tools. Education: high school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent experience in industrial/food manufacturing preferred. 1+ years of management support experience is required.
