Job Summary
Lead Teacher role in a state-of-the-art preschool setting, leading classrooms for infants, toddlers, and two-year-olds. Responsibilities include mentoring assistant teachers, modeling core values (Children First, Trust, Innovation, Make a Difference), building meaningful relationships with families and children, planning engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons, and maintaining a safe, compliant, joyful classroom environment. Required Qualifications
- Education/Certification: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education or related degree and 9+ months of previous experience working with children (preferred), or High School diploma with EEC Certification and 36+ months of previous experience working with children.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Experience: 1+ years of early childhood education experience (lead or co-lead experience preferred)
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
