Lead Teacher for Twos to implement the Wonder of Learning curriculum, create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom; supervise daily activities; communicate with families; collaborate with Assistant/Resource Teachers; model positive guidance and support social-emotional growth; conduct assessment and documentation of children’s progress; participate in ongoing professional development; lead outdoor daily exploration with the children.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred
- 1-2 years of experience working with young children in licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
- CDA preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must pass required state background checks and meet state requirements
