Lead Teacher, Tutor Time of White Bear Lake

Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers. Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class. Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus ensure adherence to all licensing guidelines and company standards. Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and support the center's success. This role requires experience leading classrooms, developing lesson plans, and meeting state education requirements. Full-time positions work Monday through Friday with immediate health insurance, PTO, and 401K match provided.
