Job Summary
As a Lead Teacher at Tutor Time of Norwalk, you will create and develop interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, manage classroom activities, implement curriculum, and comply with licensing guidelines. Strong communication skills are needed to build relationships with families to support children's achievement and center success.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
