Job Summary
Lead Teacher at Tutor Time of Downingtown will create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers, promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards, and communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support the center's success. Ideal candidates are energetic, dependable, and passionate, capable of meeting state education requirements and engaging children through indoor/outdoor activities, with prior experience leading a classroom and developing educational lesson plans.
Required Qualifications
