Job Summary
Lead age-appropriate curriculum and plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Monitor student progress, document development, and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times. Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day. This role offers a $1,000 hiring bonus, competitive pay ranging from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, and benefits including childcare tuition discounts and career development programs. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a similar field of study with child education courses
- CDA considered
- 1year prior experience working in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with the assigned age group
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
