Lead age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging cognitive and social activities, and assess student progress while ensuring the safety and well-being of toddlers at all times. Monitor individual development, document growth, and foster a harmonious environment where children and staff thrive. Interact regularly with parents and collaborate with fellow educators to support a positive learning atmosphere. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a similar field of study with child education courses
- CDA considered
- 1 year prior experience working in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with the assigned age group
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
