Job Summary
Lead age-appropriate curriculum and plan engaging activities to promote toddlers' cognitive, social, and emotional development. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times while monitoring their progress and documenting development. Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day. Assist in implementing innovative learning activities that foster growth. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, CDA, and one year of experience in a certified center are preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a similar field of study with child education courses
- CDA considered
- 1 year prior experience working in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with the assigned age group
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
