Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities that promote toddlers' cognitive, social, and emotional development while ensuring their safety and well-being. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, monitor individual progress, and document student development to create a harmonious environment for children and staff. Interact regularly with parents and collaborate with fellow teachers to support a positive learning atmosphere. This role offers a $1,000 hiring bonus, competitive pay of $19–$21/hour, and benefits including childcare tuition discounts and career advancement opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a similar field of study with child education courses
- CDA considered
- 1 year prior experience working in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with the assigned age group
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
