Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities promoting children's cognitive, social, and emotional development while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Monitor individual progress to document student growth and create a harmonious environment for children and staff. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following Montessori pedagogy to foster positive learning outcomes. This role requires a CDA, 2-5 years of experience, and strong communication skills to interact with parents and colleagues. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour with childcare tuition discounts and career advancement opportunities.
