Job Summary
Lead Teacher responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging preschool learning environment; implement the proprietary LEAP curriculum using engaging characters; build relationships with families and colleagues; communicate with parents about children's progress via mobile apps and discussions; meet state licensing requirements. Requires one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months (required) and an associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (or CDA/TCC).
