Job Summary
Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience responsible for classroom leadership, implementing the LEAP Curriculum across Infants–Preschool, ensuring safety, and maintaining strong family communication. Responsibilities include planning and collaboration to create an engaging learning environment, executing curriculum with adaptability to individual child needs, safeguarding and nurturing children, updating parents on progress via apps and in-person discussions, collaborating with center staff to drive retention/enrollment, and fostering positive relationships with families and colleagues. Requirements include a state-guided educational background (HS diploma/GED required, ECE coursework preferred), at least 18 years old, childcare leadership experience, and compliance with immunizations and safety training.
