Job Summary
Lead Teacher responsible for classroom leadership and curriculum implementation using our L.E.A.P. Curriculum® for infants, toddlers, and/or preschool, while ensuring safety and engaging families through regular updates via mobile apps and in-person discussions. Role requires collaboration with center staff to drive enrollment and retention, and building warm relationships with families and colleagues to support children's development and happiness.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- ECE coursework preferred
- Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience in childcare and classroom leadership
- Immunizations, employment physicals, and health and safety training as required by state and federal requirements
