Job Summary
Lead Teachers at The Learning Experience lead, coach, and mentor teachers in the classroom; manage a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment; implement the proprietary LEAP Curriculum with infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers; communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress via mobile apps and conversations; support center enrollment and engagement goals; build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic play-and-learning environment. Requires 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred (6 months minimum); an associate degree or higher in ECE or related field is preferred, high school diploma/GED is required; knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP); CPR and First Aid certification preferred; must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred
- At least six months of professional teaching experience required
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred
- High school diploma/GED required
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR and First Aide certification preferred
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
