Lead Teacher

Lead classroom management, implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum with engaging characters to drive learning and play for children. Communicate regularly with parents via mobile apps and discussions to share children's achievements, while building relationships with families and coworkers to create a seamless environment. Ensure the classroom remains safe, nurturing, and engaging. Requires one year of professional teaching experience (or six months required), an associate degree or higher in ECE, and must meet applicable background screening and state licensing requirements. Compensation is $19.00-23.00/hour with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), tuition assistance, and CDA reimbursement.
