Job Summary
Assist lead teachers with all aspects of the classroom, implementing activities that encourage growth in emotion, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development. Create and maintain a clean, safe environment for children while establishing professional rapport with families to provide quality care. Take direction, accept constructive criticism, and make improvements to the program as necessary. The role requires physical ability to work around small children, including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs, with the capacity to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma OR GED
- ability to pass all background checks
- Level 6 or higher on the WI Registry
- Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
