Lead Teacher

Communicate daily with parents and teachers through reports and meetings, while fostering positive connections with children, families, and the team. Prepare engaging lesson plans using creative methods like storytelling and games, then oversee their implementation and follow the classroom schedule set by the Director. Promote hygiene, assist with potty training, and change diapers in accordance with State Regulations, while supervising teachers to maintain a safe, clean environment. Maintain accurate attendance records, track certification classes, and observe or evaluate children as needed. Cover classrooms as required and manage teacher challenges using techniques aligned with State Regulations.
