Job Summary
Lead classroom management, implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children. Communicate regularly with parents via mobile apps and personal discussions to share children's adventures and achievements. Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a seamless blend of play and learning. The role offers on-going training, tuition reimbursement, and leadership pathways within The Learning Experience, the fastest-growing Academy of Early Education. Competitive compensation ranges from $19.00 to $23.00/hour, accompanied by health, vision, and dental insurance, 401K, and tuition assistance.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of professional teaching experience
- six months of professional teaching experience
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree
- High school diploma/GED
- Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role
