Job Summary
Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience responsible for classroom leadership, implementing the proprietary LEAP Curriculum across infant, toddler, and preschool groups, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment, and communicating progress to families. Collaborates with center staff to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement, while meeting state guidelines and health/safety requirements. Requires HS diploma/GED, 18+, and prior childcare leadership experience; emphasizes passion for early childhood education, developmental needs of children, and a professional, communicative approach with families and colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role
- High School Diploma/GED required
- ECE coursework preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience: Extended experience in a childcare setting with a history of classroom leadership roles
- Must meet state and federal requirements including immunizations, employment physicals, and required health and safety training
