Job Summary
Lead Teacher responsible for creating a stimulating, welcoming classroom environment and guiding early childhood learning. Responsibilities include planning and collaborating to implement the proprietary LEAP Curriculum® for Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool, ensuring safety, regularly communicating progress to families via mobile apps and in-person discussions, collaborating with center staff to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement, and building strong relationships with families and colleagues. Must meet state-specific guidelines and be at least 18 years old, with extensive experience in childcare leadership. Education includes High School Diploma/GED with ECE coursework preferred, and compliance with immunizations and health and safety training. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.
