Job Summary
Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring teachers; managing a safe, nurturing classroom; implementing the LEAP Curriculum with infants to preschoolers; building relationships with families and collaborating with center staff to drive enrollment and engagement. Requires an associate degree or higher in ECE or related field, 6+ months to 1 year of teaching experience, knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP), and CPR/First Aid preferred. Focus on creating a loving, engaging learning environment and communicating progress with families via apps and discussions.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree required
- 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred
- At least six months of professional teaching experience required
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
