Job Summary
Lead Teacher responsible for classroom leadership and curriculum implementation with our proprietary LEAP Curriculum®, creating a stimulating, safe environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers; maintain strong family communication, collaborate with center staff to drive enrollment/retention, and build positive relationships with families. Must meet state guidelines, have a High School Diploma/GED, and bring experience in early childhood education and a passion for development and happiness.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- ECE coursework preferred
- Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role
- Immunizations, employment physical, and health and safety training as required by state/federal requirements
- Experience in childcare setting with leadership roles
- Must be at least 18 years old
